Bill Miller’s Bar-B-Q is a large Texas chain of Bar-B-Q
Restaurants that can be found throughout Texas. I visited one of them for lunch in the Corpus Christi area. The atmosphere is
distinctly Texas with branding marks on some of the wood and Cowboy boots and Cowboy hats on display.
I had lunch at Bill Miller's Bar-B-Que with a few colleagues. I ordered the #9 which is two BBQ sandwiches and French Fries. The other
guys ordered either the Brisket or chicken strips. Everyone said the same thing, it was dry. I found some Barbeque sauce and tried
to add some flavor and moisture to it, but it didn’t have much effect. The sandwiches were dry and bland. The French Fries were
hearty and tasted good though. Also, the presentation of the food looked good, but I was not impressed with the taste and probably
will not go back.
Bill Miller’s Bar-B-Q also offers catering. I think I would go elsewhere for that.
