The Blarney Stone Restaurant & Irish Pub is a small Irish Pub Restaurant located in Historic Downtown Walterboro amongst the Quaint Antique and Gift Shops. It is a clean and comfortable place that is separated into three section. The front is a dining area with a Big Screen TV and east chairs so you can kick back and watch Sports on TV. In the back is the Pub. It is a small circular style Bar with a few Beers on Tap. The third section is a good sized dining area hat is a little more formal. The service was a little lax at the Bar when I visited, but I believe they were understaffed and had a large dinner party going on.

I've been to many Irish Pubs, but the Blarney Stone Restaurant & Irish Pub was unique. The only Irish Beer on Tap that I saw was Guinness and the rest were domestics. Not much of a selection for an Irish pub. Blarney Stone seemed to be a local favorite though. When I visited, there were a few guys lounging in the easy chairs watch Football on TV, and there were a lot of folks in the dining room. I did not eat when I visited Blarney Stone Restaurant & Irish Pub. I was looking for a place to enjoy a few Beers.

The Menu at the Blarney Stone Restaurant & Irish Pub includes Irish Nachos, Buffalo Shrimp, Crab-stuffed Mushrooms, Salads, Classic Ruben Sandwiches, Flounder, Fried Shrimp, Veal Marsala, Filet Mignon, Rib Eyes, and several other choices. Not much Irish food for an Irish Pub. The Blarney Stone Restaurant & Irish Pub is a good place for a quiet drink a long day of shopping the Antique Shops, Museums, and clothing stores in Historic Downtown Walterboro.
