Casey's Steak & Barbecue is a large Restaurant that offers a wide variety of items to choose from on the Menu. The atmosphere is a bit rustic and should not be considered fine dining by any means, but it is a good place to take the family to eat a decent meal.

Casey's Steaks & Barbeque Menu offers items such as Pulled Pork BBQ plates, St Louis Dry Rubbed Pork Ribs, Flat Iron Steaks, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, and many other selections. Casey's Steaks & Barbecue also offers a large Beer selection on Draft and bottle. There is a small Bar inside as well.

When I dined at Casey's Steaks & Barbecue, I ordered the St Louis dry Rubbed Pork Ribs. The Ribs were very tender and the meat was falling off the bone. They offer two types of sauces, sweet or hot, to go with the Ribs or other Barbecue Menu items. The plates come with a choice of Roll or Cornbread, Salad, and two sides. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service could have been better.

One annoying thing that happened to me when I visited Casey's Steaks & Barbecue was the lack of Beer in stock that night. I attempted to order two different Draft Beers, and one or two bottled Beers and they did not have any of them in stock so I decided to go with water instead.

Overall, Casey's Steaks & Barbecue in Ridgecrest, CA is a good place to chow down on some Barbecue or Steak, but the lack of drink inventory and the service left me unimpressed.
