Crab Cakes you can find in the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and all of the Gulf Coast States. They know
how to make a tasty Crab Cake. Here is one Carolina Crab Cake Recipe from the Charleston, South Carolina
area that you can enjoy.
INGREDIENTS

10 ounces of bread crumbs

7 ounces of mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of dry mustard

1 teaspoons of chopped parsley

1 ounce of worcestershire

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 1/2 lbs crab meat
DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except for the Crab Meat. |

Mix thoroughly. |

Fold in the Crab Meat. |

Form mixture into balls, approximately 3 ounces each. |
| 5. |
Flatten Crab balls into Cakes. |

Saute in clarified butter over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. |
