Cugini's Pizza & Pasta makes Neapolitan NY style, hand tossed, thin crusted Pizza. Cugini's is located in the Parkview Shopping
Center in Chesapeake, Virginia near the corner of Greenbrier Parkway and Military Highway. It is a small Restaurant that seats about 40 people and is
styled much like the Pizza Parlors you would find in many towns in New Jersey and New York. The Pizza is excellent and it is the kind of Pizza this
Yankee enjoys.
Cugini's Pizza Pies are large and made with the right amount of mozzarella and
tomato sauce and drips with olive oil the way a New York
Style Pizza should. If you have never had Neapolitan New York Style Pizza from New York or New Jersey, you don't have to go far. Cugini's Pizza is the
real deal. Cugini's Pizza & Pasta also has several other Italian favorites like
Stromboli, Calzones, and Pasta dishes as well. If you eat there, try the
side salad with their home made Italian dressing. It is the best. Most Italian Restaurants these days have Creamy Italian or a
vinaigrette Italian dressing and both are too sweet. The homemade Italian dressing at Cugini's Pizza & Pasta is not sweet. It has a
nice flavor with a bit of tanginess to it. I love it.
Cugini's Pizza & Pasta delivers too, but it is a bit expensive. Your order must be at least $15.00 or they add a $5.00 delivery charge
to your order, which I think is unheard of. Even still, I highly recommend Cugini's Pizza & Pasta Restaurant for their fabulous hand tossed Neapolitan
New York Style Pizza Pie.
