Eat Well Family Restaurant is a Mom & Pop Down Home Cooking Restaurant located in Rock Hill, SC.
Conveniently located about a 1/2 mile off of I-77. Eat
Well Family Restaurant serves a large variety of Home Cooked meals. I recently visited Rock
Hill, and I was told it was a good place to eat and the prices were cheap. I
decided to try them out and found that Eat Well Family Restaurant was a nice change from the chain Restaurants that are taking over the country.
Eat Well Family Restaurant isn't a lot to look at, and doesn't
have much to attract a visit from the curb. Actually, the place looked closed when I visited. They weren't
closed, and in fact they are open 7 days a week for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner. Eat Well Family
Restaurant also has a large number of Daily Specials that augments the regular
menu too. Eat Well Family Restaurant has something on the menu for everyone from the person who is not counting calories, to the kids, and those folks who have special dietary
needs too. In addition to their Daily Specials, they also have a Seafood Special on Friday & Saturday nights. Entrees include a variety of fish, both Saltwater and Fresh water,
Shrimp, Oysters, Clam Strips, Deviled Crab, and more. Unfortunately, they charge $1.50 extra if you want anything broiled.
Cheryl and I had the Roasted Turkey and Stuffing Dinner with two sides when we visited Eat Well Family Restaurant. The Turkey was sliced Turkey Breast and what
we are pretty sure was a Stovetop type Stuffing that was fried. The Turkey was served on top of the Stuffing and covered with Gravy. The Turkey and Stuffing were pretty good, and the
portion size was decent. The two sides that I ordered were Black Eyed Peas and Turnip Greens. Cheryl and I were not impressed with the sides. The Black Eyed Peas should have been cooked
another hour or two longer. The Turnip Greens were obviously frozen and chewy.
Overall, Eat Well Family Restaurant is a good place to go and eat Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. They have a great selection of food, so if you are visiting with your
Family, everyone should be able
to find something to eat. If you are just passing through Rock Hill, SC on I-77, Eat Well Family Restaurant isn't a long journey out of the way either. The service is fast
and friendly too.
