Eclectic Chef Highlights
We dined at the Eclectic Chef the other night. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't enjoy our meal outside under the umbrellas. Cheryl had the Classic Club Wrap. This Sandwich Wrap has Turkey, Ham, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Honey Mustard. I ordered the French Dip Sandwich (shown). All of the Sandwiches and Wraps at the Eclectic Chef come with a side. Choices include: potato chips, potato salad, side Salad, or Pasta. The French Dip Sandwich was very good. It came with Swiss Cheese with Au Jus Dipping sauce. Horseradish is optional which I ordered on the side. Both Cheryl and I are watching our intake of sugar, so we ordered a glass of Ice Water. The Water pitcher at the Eclectic Chef has a few slices of Cucumber in it which was an interesting change from either plain or lemon. We both found it to be satisfying.
The Eclectic Chef is open every day but Sunday for Lunch and Dinner. They also serve Seattle's Best Coffee, Espressos and Cappuccinos Coffee drinks. They also offer to cook items not on the Gourmet-to-go Menu; however, they request a 2 day notice if you want to do that. Overall, we liked the Eclectic Chef Eatery. It is a nice change of pace.
