Casino El Camino Casino El Camino is a Dive Bar & grill located on 6th Street in Austin, Texas. I usually like Dive bars, but Casino El Camino is a Dive that I recommend avoiding. The Bar area is very darkly lit, and I think that is kept that way so you cannot see the filth.

Casino El Camino offers a small Bar Grub Menu that is moistly Hamburgers. To order, you have to go to the Kitchen in the back to place your order. Then you wait. They claim that their Burgers are Famous, but I'm afraid to ask what they are Famous for. When I went to Casino El Camino, I ordered the Pitts Burger. The Pitts Burger is a regular Burger with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions, Provolone Cheese, and A-1 Sauce. They also have several other Burger Specialties like the Buffalo Burger which is a Hamburger with Hot Wing Sauce and Blue Cheese. My sister and I ate there and found the food and Cleanliness to be sub par. We were also shocked to see teh guy running the cash register, handling the money, was also teh guy cooking. He used no gloves. At one point he scratched his nose and immediately grabbed food and placed it on someone's plate - gross!
Casino El Camino is not in anyway a place to gamble. No slot machines or blackjack, only Video Games and Pool Tables. I cannot recommend Casino El Camino. the food isn't great, teh service is slow and unfriendly, and the food handling that we saw is questionable.
