Hickory Roasters is a Mom & Pop Home Cooking Rotisserie Chicken & BBQ Rib Restaurant located in the Rolling Meadows Suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Hickory Roasters offers a good selection of Chicken Dinners, Sandwiches, Salads, BBQ Rib Dinners, Shrimp, and Friday Fish Specials. They also have Party Packs.

Hickory Roasters has been around for about 20 years, and is under new management. They say they are Rolling Meadows worst kept secret. I got lucky and happen to stumble upon it in my travels around the area, and decided to check it out. The Restaurant smells great even from the parking lot. When you enter Hickory Roasters, you are greeted by the wonderful smell of the Hickory Roasted Chicken. The Chickens are right there turning on the Rotisseries at the head of the line. Hickory Roasters offers several side dish choices that accompany the Dinners. Side choices include Country Style favorites like Mashed potatoes & Gravy, Green Beans Italian Style, Garlic Oven Potatoes, Baked Beans, Corn, Macaroni & Cheese, and more. Hickory Roasters also has a Kid's Menu which includes Chicken Fingers, a Kid Burger, and Chicken Thigh or Leg.

When I visited Hickory Roasters, I tried the Quarter Chicken Breast & Wing Dinner. It came with 2 side Dishes. The Chicken was very tasty and moist. I choose the Macaroni & Cheese & the Honey Baked Beans as Side Dishes. The Macaroni & Cheese was okay. I have had better and I have had worse. The Baked Beans were pretty. The price of the Chicken Dinner wasn't bad either. I recommend Hickory Roasters for some good Mom & Pop Rotisserie Chicken in Rolling Meadows.
