Madam's Organ is a popular, Blues Bar located in the Adams Morgan section of Washington DC. Madam's Organ is a small Dive Bar that serves Soul Food
, and has Live Entertainment 7 days a week. It is a very dirty, dark, and cramped place, but it is a fun place to visit. Madam's Organ's Motto is "Where the beautiful people go to get ugly"

If you like going Bar hopping, the Adams Morgan section of Washington DC is a good place to do it, but not alone. No Bar Hopping excursion would be complete without a vist to Madam's Organ Blues Bar & Soul Food Restaurant. They have specials like Redheads forever drink half price Rolling Rocks, and Free Pool Tables. Madam's Organ Bar & Restaurant also has Pub Trivia Nights, Drunkeoke which is their version of Karaoke with a two drink minimum, and as I mentioned Live Entertainment every night.

I didn't try the Food when I visited Madam's Organ Restaurant & Bar, so I can't comment on the quality, but they do have a large Menu with Appetizers, Sandwiches, Burgers, and entrees. There is a section for Soul Food which includes Fried Chicken, Meat Loaf, Country Fried Steak, BBQ Ribs, Seafood, and Pork Chops. Each entree comes with two sides and some Cornbread. Other Menu items include Nachos, Cheese Fries, Chili, and Burgers. Madam's Organ has a warped sense of humor which shows in the description of most of the items. An example is the Bill Clinton Burger. The Bill Clinton Burger is a Fat All-American, with a large dill and a slice on the side ($1.00 off for women who have slept with the Pres., Limit: 3 per table). There are Food Specials everyday, most of which are 1/2 price.

Madam's Organ is a Dive Bar that is a must for the Bar Hopper or if you love Music. The Adams Morgan section should be visited with a group. I do not recommend going to this area alone.
