Maretti's Deli is an excellent Italian Style Deli located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. They offer a large variety of Sandwiches, Pasta Dishes, Pizza, Salads, and you can get sliced Deli Meats fresh to take home with you. The food is excellent, and the aroma greets you when you step in the door. The only thing keeping Maretti's Deli from getting a Best of Business Travel Fun award is their service. It takes a long time to get waitress attention before, during and after you are served, at least that was our experience.

The Maretti's Deli Menu offers Appetizers such as Pizza Dippers with Pizza sauce, Garlic Bread, and Cheese Garlic Bread. There is also a variety of Salads to choose from including Chef Salad, Alpine Salad - greens with the Maretti's Alpine dressing, Italian Chicken Breast Salad, Mandarin Chicken Salad, and a dinner Salad. There is also a small variety of Soups. The Hot Sandwich Menu at Maretti's Deli includes Italian Beef, Italian Sausage, Meatball, Reuben, Tilapia Fish, and more.

When we visited Maretti's Deli, I ordered the Meatball Sub, and Cheryl ordered the Italian Beef Sub. Both were very good. The Italian Beef was spicy. The Sub Sandwich consists of thinly sliced Roast Beef dipped in Au Jus. The Meatball Sub was very tasty. It came with Sautéed Bell Pepper but no Cheese (cost extra). The Rolls that Maretti's Deli serves are excellent and really makes the Sub Sandwiches.

Other selections on Maretti's deli include Pasta dishes such as Marinara sauce with a choice of Pasta, Fettuccine Alfredo, and others. They also offer Pizza both thin and Pan style pies, no slices.

I recommend Maretti's deli in Manitowoc, WI for a tasty Italian style sub Sandwich. Just don't expect real good service.
