The New Orleans Warehouse District
is becoming the Arts District of the city. There you can find
Galleries for Art, Wine, and Music. Emeril Lagasse's
Restaurant is also located in the Warehouse District.
The New Orleans Warehouse District
also has some of the most down to earth and friendly dive pubs too.
The prices are much cheaper than the French Quarter too. When
I travel I like to meet the local folks and see what makes them
tick. The Warehouse District is the place to go to do that
when in New Orleans.
The Warehouse District is also where
you can find Mulate's Original Cajun Restaurant. Mulate's is famous for
providing a family place to dance and listen to Cajun Music in New
Orleans. This is a must place to visit if you are going to New
Orleans.
During my travels in the Warehouse
District, I met several people at
the bars, and everyone was friendly. You can find the Warehouse
District on the other side of Canal Street from the French Quarter towards the
river. I had a good time bar hopping in the district and the prices are very un-French
Quarter-ish.

Warehouse District in the Article Links on this page.
