Rubino's Pizzeria is a New York Style Pizzeria located in Herndon and Ashburn Virginia. I visited the Rubino's in Herndon, and it is that location that this Review is about. Rubino's Pizzeria is small and very clean Restaurant with a lot of choices on the Menu.

Rubino's Pizzeria claims to serve New York Style pizza, and if you have followed Business Travel Fun at all, you know how skeptical I can be. Rubino's Pizza is New York Style Pizza in every way. They use real Mozzarella, Olive Oil, and the crust is thin and chewy. The sauce is sweet just the way I like it too. Rubino's makes a respectable New York Style Pizza Pie indeed. Rubino's Pizzeria also makes traditional Sicilian Style, thick crust, square Pizza too.

Rubino's has a large Menu with a lot of choices, and you will also find that they have a sense of humor in the way the name some of their selections. Particularly the Hoagie names such as the Knuckle Sandwich which is Rubino's signature Italian Cold Cut Hoagie, the Joey Muffuletta which is a Prosciuttini, Capicollo, Genoa Salami, Provolone and homemade Olive Salad. Another curious name is the Turkey or Ham Sangweech (yes, I spelled it right). Rubino's is a New York centric Restaurant with names like these.

At Rubino's Pizzeria you can dine in or Take Out a wide assortment of Italian Food. Items on the Menu include a wide assortment of Salads, Buffalo Wings, Chicken Specialties like Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala and Chicken Alfredo. Rubino's also offers Baked Pasta such as Homemade Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Stuffed Jumbo Shells. Rubino's also offers a Create Your Own Pasta where you can choose from an assortment of Pastas and Sauces. Rubino's also has a wide assortment of Pizza toppings too. Rubino's also offers a limited selection of Beer including Peroni and Birra Moretti.

I recommend Rubino's Pizzeria. It seems to be a well run, clean Restaurant, and their Italian Food is excellent. I gave Rubino's Pizzeria a Best of BTF Award.
