Sophia's House of Pancakes

Sophia's House of Pancakes is a very nice and airy Breakfast place located in Grand Ledge, MI. The menu at Sophia's House of Pancakes is full of choices, and beware - all of the Eggs are Double Yoked! I found this out the hard way. I ordered two Eggs over easy, and I received 2 Double Yoked Eggs as shown in the picture above. The Double Yokes do not apply to the 5 Egg Omelets - Thank God!

Sophia's House of Pancakes has extremely fast service too. After Cheryl and I placed our order, the food was at our table in less than 5 minutes. We were very impressed. Our server was very friendly and pleasant too. We really liked Sophia's House of Pancakes. It was a very comfortable Family Restaurant with a country feel to it. They were not wanting for customers either and had a large crowd when we visited. Even still, we did not wait for a booth. The dining room is large, and the service is so fast, wait times were insignificant all around.

As I stated above, the menu is full of choices, and Sophia's House of Pancakes offers something for everyone. Dishes served include Waffles, Pancakes, Double Yoked Eggs, 5 Egg Omelets, French Toast, Blintzes, Frittatas, and a Health and Happiness section for the dietary minded patron. Sophia's House of Pancakes is also open for Lunch offering Sandwiches, Hamburgers, and Salads.

My two Double Yoked Eggs over easy came with Toast and Home Fries. Everything was hot and tasted good. Cheryl ordered Sausage Gravy and Biscuits. She enjoyed the Biscuits & Gravy very much and mentioned that they were different from any she has had before. The food portions at Sophia's House of Pancakes are extremely large. We recommend a stop at Sophia's House of Pancakes in Grand Ledge, MI for anyone with a big appetite.
