Welcome to the Summerville SC section of Business Travel Fun.  Summerville , South Carolina, also known as Flowertown in the Pines, is about 20 miles West of Charleston, SC.  The Village of Summerville used to be a favorite get away for the Plantation owners of the Colonial Charleston area.  There is a lot of History and plenty to do and see.  Over the past two decades, Summerville has experienced exponential growth with homes, shops, and Restaurants popping up all over the area. If you like History, there is plenty of it here in Summerville and surrounding Dorchester County.  There are plenty of Golf Courses, Night Life, Restaurants, and plantations to visit also.
