Timeline Saloon & BBQ is a Unique Restaurant experience in Bonduel, Wisconsin. It is a Harley Davison Motorcycle themed Restaurant built around the owner built 10 person, 7 engine, 24 1/2 feet long Timeline Motorcycle that is actually parked in the Dining room of the main Restaurant. The Timeline Motorcycle is a rolling History of all of the Big-Twin, Air-cooled, Harley Davidson engines from 1909 to 2010. The Timeline Saloon & BBQ is a complex of several different businesses. Not only is it a Unique Restaurant, it also has a small Bar, an Antique Shop, a Motorcycle Shop, Muscle Car Museum, Gift Shop, Custards Last Stand Ice Cream Shop, and a 128 animal Zoo around back.

Besides the huge Motorcycle in the Dining Room of the Timeline Saloon & BBQ, there are a lot of Motorcycle memorabilia throughout including Homemade fixtures like the Ceiling fan that uses Motorcycle windshields blades. See photo.

The Menu at the Timeline Saloon & BBQ is mostly Slow Roasted BBQ items like Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, and Combo dinners. But that is not all. The Timeline Saloon & BBQ also offers Appetizers like Musket Balls which is Homemade corn fritters rolled in powdered sugar, Homemade cornbread & honey, German Potato Salad, Shrimp, Chicken tenders and more. There are also a variety of Soups & Salads, made to order Pizzas, Seafood Dinners, and Daily Specials as well. There a Kid Menu items available also.

An interesting item that you may want to try if you have a huge appetite is the Timeline Burger Challenge. The Timeline Burger Challenge is a 24 1/2 inch long, 7lb Burger with the Timeline name seared into the Meat. It comes with Coleslaw and French Fries. If you are able to eat all of it, Fries & slaw included within an hour, it is free. You will also get your picture taken on the Timeline Motorcycle and can schedule a ride on it with the owner.

When I visited the Timeline Saloon & BBQ, I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich with Slaw, Chips, and German potato Salad. The Sandwich was big and filled amply with Pork. They have 5 sauces to choose from too including Blueberry, Honey Mustard, Hickory, Hot & Spicy, and Tangy. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was good and filling, and the Cole Slaw was the best I ever ate.

If you find yourself approximately 18 miles West of Green Bay going through Bonduel, WI, stop by the Timeline Saloon & BBQ. It is a good place for a hearty meal, and it has something for all of the family.
