Verhovay Home Association is a Private Club located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It is a large facility that offers Dancing, Karaoke, and Live Bands. The Entertainment is varied, so you have to go there to find out what is going on on any particular night. The cost to join is $10.00 per year, but if you are over 65, the cost is reduced to $5.00 per year. They also raise the price of dues to $20.00 if you do not renew before January 1st regardless of age. All it takes to join besides the obvious payment of dues is to be invited by a current member.

Verhovay Home Association has a small Bar in the front area, and another Bar in the back where the stage and Dance Floor is located. The prices of drinks are Cheap too. I enjoyed several Heineken's in the bottle for a mere $2.25 each. This is an outstanding price for this imported Beer.

Verhovay Home Association is also a friendly place, and their slogan is 'You are a stranger here but once...' The Bar is usually full whenever I come to visit, so it is obviously a local favorite. They also have game machines like Poker and other electronic puzzle games. They have a limited menu, so you can eat there if you wish. Verhovay Home Association is an excellent place to join for a friendly atmosphere, Entertainment, and Cheap drinks.

If you can find someone to invite you to become a member of Verhovay, then I recommend that you kick in $10.00 and do so. It doesn't take long to recoup that money when you are buying drinks at such a deep discount.
