After I left Wing's Neighborhood Bar & Grill last night, I went over to K. C. Mulligan's Bar around the corner in North Charleston. I haven't been in there since the new owner took it over some 5 or 6 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. The Bar is nice and clean looking and has Live Music and Pool tables. Thumbs-up
